Rehab Technology in Axon Rehab
Knowing the benefits, we have invested substantially in the latest clinically proven rehab technology to increase therapy dosage, offer objective assessments, provide motivating therapy sessions, and monitor progress. Fesia Walk ®
A gait neurorehabilitation device used to treat and help people with drop foot. Fesia Walk ® generates surface electrical stimulation of the posterior tibial and peroneal nerves to trigger plantar and dorsiflexion in the corresponding gait phases. This device is used to treat patients in our clinic to promote neuroplasticity, but it also can be worn for everyday living.

Fesia Grasp ®
Fesia Grasp ® is a hand neurorehabilitation device for people who have lost the ability to control their hand and finger movement. It generates surface electrical stimulation to trigger flexion and extension of the wrist and fingers to regain the function of the individual’s hand, their freedom and independence. Very commonly used for people after a stroke that can benefit from high dosage therapy.

Reck MOTOmed ®
The MOTOmed allows for exercise of legs and/or arms in one of 3 modes: passive mode, where the MOTOmed moves your limbs for you; assistive mode, where the user can exercise using residual muscle strength and is assisted by the MOTOmed; or active mode, where the user exercises actively themselves against varying levels of resistance. Users can exercise while seated in a wheelchair or from a regular chair, without a need to climb onto a saddle.

Chinesport Struzzo
The user is lifted into a standing position by means of a (rechargeable) battery- powered motor, and once standing is provided with great support to the upper body. This standing therapy is also used in conjunction with other therapies to maximise therapy time.
