This page will guide you through our process and provide helpful resources.

1.

Initial Contact

  • Call us or email to schedule your first appointment.
  • We’ll ask for some basic information prior to meeting in person to allow the team to prepare for the assessment, and save time during the initial assessment.
2.

Assessment

  • Your first visit will last about 60-90 minutes.
  • You'll meet with our team of specialists.
  • We'll talk about your medical history, current challenges, and goals.
  • We may do some simple physical and cognitive tests.
3.

Your Personalised Plan

  • After the assessment, we'll create a plan just for you, taking into account factors such as fatigue, recovery, finances and your location.
  • We'll discuss this plan with you and make sure you're comfortable with it.
4.

Rehabilitation Sessions

  • Your plan might include 2-5 hours of therapy per day, several days a week.
  • We use a mix of hands-on therapy and advanced technology.
  • Sessions may include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and strength training.
